These terms cover use of the BrandTreat website at brandtreat.app. BrandTreat is in development and is not accepting payments or providing public product access. The subscription details below describe our planned launch offering and will be confirmed before checkout becomes available.

Using this website

You may browse the website and watch the demo for information about BrandTreat. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or use its content unlawfully. Website text, branding, and demo assets are provided for product evaluation; viewing or downloading the demo does not grant rights to republish it as your own work.

The planned product

BrandTreat is designed to turn a photo and your script into a vertical video with AI voiceover and MP4 export. The demo shows the current MVP, and illustrations are labeled. Features and availability may change before launch. AI output can alter details and may contain errors; customers will need to review generated videos before publishing them.

Content responsibilities

When uploads become available, you must have the rights and permissions needed to use your photos, scripts, and any depicted people or brands. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your promotional claims. Do not submit illegal content or content that violates another person's rights. Product-specific upload and output terms will be provided before public access.

Planned monthly subscriptions

• Starter: $19 USD/month at launch for 50 credits; $29/month for new subscriptions after the launch offer.
• Business: $39 USD/month at launch for 125 credits; $59/month for new subscriptions after the launch offer.
• One reel generation uses 5 credits. A requested new variation or redo uses another 5 credits. Technical failures restore the credits.
• Credits reset on the monthly billing date. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• Launch rates continue while you remain continuously subscribed to the same plan. Launch offer dates have not been set.

Plans are intended to renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel future renewals and retain access through the end of your paid billing period. Cancellation and refunds are separate; see our Refund Policy. The checkout will display the final price, billing terms, and applicable taxes before a purchase.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep website information accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or any particular AI result. Planned prices and allowances are provisional until launch. We will publish updated terms before paid services become available. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
